‘Best Practices Boards’–Peer Advisory Groups for Business Leaders

Our Best Practices Boards peer group program for business owners and company leaders is one of the longest, continuously running CEO peer groups in the greater Boston area. The program actively encourages the sharing of business challenges and best practices within small groups of experienced business owners. You can learn more about our Best Practices Boards peer group program at PeerGroups.

Executive Coaching

Coaching for business leaders and executives is an important form of professional development that helps you to maximize your own performance and overcome obstacles to professional success, while holding you accountable for results. Our executive and business coaching program begins by discussing with you your interests and desired outcomes. Then, we custom tailor an approach that meets your unique professional and personal requirements.

Leadership Training and Development

Our leadership development workshops are for professionals at all levels, and offer highly interactive group training in key management skill areas, including Time Management, Effective Communications, Dealing with Conflict, and Team Building. Strategic Planning

Our Strategic Focus 1-day strategic planning program is grounded in the same fundamental approach that we’ve successfully used with clients over the past 20 years, but has been specifically tailored to work within the realities and constraints of today’s fast-paced business environment. In just one day, you and your management team will develop a clear and detailed strategic plan that you can begin implementing the very next day!

Executive Book Club

Our Executive Book Club gives business leaders an opportunity to discuss some of the leading business books of our time, from classics like Good to Great by Jim Collins, to contemporary best-sellers like Shoe Dog, Phil Knight’s fascinating history of Nike, and Bad Blood, John Carreyrou’s story of the ill-fated Silicon Valley start-up company Theranos and its founder Elizabeth Holmes.
